What is it about?
The furniture store opens its doors – and you plunge into the search for the best pieces for your shared apartments. Day after day, you secure furniture, puzzle it onto the loading areas of your vans, and furnish your respective homes.
But it's not just your own taste that counts: New roommates with individual wishes are waiting to move in with you at the café.
After four days, it becomes clear whose shared apartment is the happiest and therefore worth the most points.
Rooms & Roomies is a feel-good game with a sophisticated twist that's simply fun. Finally, you can shop for furniture and furnish houses to your heart's content – without wasting money or feeling guilty.
Strategic decisions, good timing, and clever puzzle-solving meet a love of chaos and the ability to flexibly adapt one's plans. A game for experienced players that can also be enjoyed with beginners and casual gamers!
The minds behind it:
Yuri Alexander is an independent app developer from Berlin. During his studies, he rediscovered his passion for board games and soon began working on his own ideas. He places particular emphasis on the interplay of themes and mechanics. Rooms & Roomies is his debut work.
Annika Heller She is an illustrator, originally from near Fulda. She has since moved further north, and when she's not drawing, she can usually be found at the gaming table, in nature, or listening to music. She has been a permanent member of the Deep Print Games team since 2022.
When will it be here?
Rooms & Roomies is expected to be part of SPIEL, so End of October 2026 be available.
