FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
We are very sorry that something is missing from your game! Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, sometimes these things happen. To get your replacement part, please contact the distribution partner you bought your game from! You can find more information and links to forms for some of our partners further down this page under "Contact". If you're not sure how to identify the distributor - look further down in the FAQ.
If you want to show us your game, the best way to do so is to use our prototype form. This will send it straight into our system and we can process it quickly. You can find all the information and the form here: https://www.deep-print-games.com/dein-spiel-bei-uns/
Our distribution partners, such as Pegasus Spiele are responsible for review copies (though there are exceptional cases). We work remotely and in general we do not have access to additional copies of our games. If you have a very specific idea of why exactly you should review one of our games, please contact us using the contact form, and we will see what we can do.
We only have our own booth at the SPIEL in Essen. At many other events (e.g. the Berlin Con and the Nuremberg Toy Fair) you can find us at the Pegasus Spiele booth. We are also regularly represented at smaller events by our field team! For the latest information and updates, follow our news and social media channels.
We are a small team and we all have various roles. We do not have our own customer service department. Sometimes it takes a little longer for us to answer your emails or find the answer to your question.
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, so please understand if it takes a little longer and ask again if necessary.
You should find the answers to many of your questions here.
We only release 5-6 games a year, plan well in advance and have an in-house illustrator, so we are not looking for new illustrators that often. Of course, you are still welcome to send us your portfolio, just select the option in the contact form. We will definitely take a look at it and add you to our file.
Tip for your portfolio: It is interesting for us to see in your portfolio that you have already illustrated games or have worked with the medium. We are also particularly pleased to receive a link rather than an attached PDF.

No, you cannot buy games directly from us. The best way to do this is to buy directly from our distribution partners in your country or from your local games store!
We are a studio, which means we develop the games, but we don't take care of distribution and sales. Our partners around the world take care of that. The distribution partner's logo is usually on the front of the game box and always on the back in the imprint.
All questions about spare parts and review copies are best addressed there. You can find some of the direct links to the relevant forms in our contact form.
We will forward all questions about spare parts to them/give you the contact details. The quickest way is to contact the appropriate sales partner directly.
