Michael Menzel

Michael Menzel was born in 1975 and lives with his family on the Lower Rhine. Since 2004 he has worked as an illustrator for board games. He has illustrated, among others, “Thurn & Taxis” (Game of the Year 2006), “The Pillars of the Earth” (1st place at the German Games Awards 2007), “Stone Age Junior” (Children’s Game of the Year 2016) and “The Legends of Andor” (Kenner Game of the Year 2013). For the latter he also won the Graf Ludo for the best family game graphics.
